1. Acceptance of Terms
By using ToolBox3D, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Description of Service
ToolBox3D is free, browser-based 3D software for previewing, modeling, rigging, animation and texture painting. All processing happens locally in your browser.
3. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the 3D content you create or import.
- Don't use ToolBox3D for illegal purposes.
- Don't attempt to hack or disrupt the service.
4. Intellectual Property & Ownership of Your Work
Your work is completely yours. Anything you create in ToolBox3D — models, rigs, skeletons, animations, materials, textures, scripts and anything else you make — is owned entirely by you. You can use it however you like, personal or commercial, with no royalties or revenue share owed to us.
The ToolBox3D application itself and its branding remain ours, but that does not affect your ownership of anything you create with it.
5. Commercial Use
ToolBox3D is free for any level of use — hobbyist, student, freelancer, indie developer, studio or enterprise alike. Use it for projects at any scale, commercial or personal.
You own the assets you create, and you are free to use, sell and ship them with no royalties or revenue share owed to ToolBox3D.
6. Pre-Release Software
ToolBox3D is in early development. Features may be missing, incomplete, changed or removed at any time, and opening and saving files is not available yet. Don't rely on ToolBox3D for important work during this period.
ToolBox3D currently shows no advertising and offers no paid features. If that changes, these terms and the Privacy Policy will be updated first.
7. Disclaimer
ToolBox3D is provided "as is" without warranty. We're not responsible for any data loss or issues arising from use of the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
